{"id":84,"date":"2026-01-05T19:26:50","date_gmt":"2026-01-05T18:26:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/techwisesolutions.eu\/?page_id=84"},"modified":"2026-01-05T19:26:52","modified_gmt":"2026-01-05T18:26:52","slug":"av","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/techwisesolutions.eu\/index.php\/av\/","title":{"rendered":"AV"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Algemene Voorwaarden \u2013 TechWise Solutions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Versie:<\/strong> 1.0<br><strong>Datum:<\/strong> 5 januari 2026<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artikel 1 \u2013 Definities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In deze algemene voorwaarden wordt verstaan onder:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>TechWise Solutions<\/strong>: de eenmanszaak TechWise Solutions, gevestigd in Belgi\u00eb.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Klant<\/strong>: iedere natuurlijke persoon of rechtspersoon die een overeenkomst aangaat met TechWise Solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Overeenkomst<\/strong>: iedere afspraak tussen TechWise Solutions en de Klant betreffende dienstverlening.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diensten<\/strong>: alle door TechWise Solutions aangeboden IT-, advies-, beheer- en ontwikkelingsdiensten.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artikel 2 \u2013 Toepasselijkheid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle offertes, overeenkomsten en diensten van TechWise Solutions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Afwijkingen zijn slechts geldig indien schriftelijk overeengekomen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Algemene voorwaarden van de Klant worden uitdrukkelijk uitgesloten.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artikel 3 \u2013 Diensten en uitvoering<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>TechWise Solutions is gespecialiseerd in Microsoft 365, cloud- en IT-supportdiensten, waaronder:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Microsoft 365 beheer en optimalisatie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Werkplekbeheer (Windows, macOS, mobiele devices)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cloud- en infrastructuurbeheer (o.a. Microsoft Azure)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IT-support en gebruikersondersteuning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beveiliging, back-ups en basis compliance-advies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TechWise Solutions levert haar diensten professioneel en zorgvuldig, op basis van een inspanningsverbintenis, tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artikel 4 \u2013 Offertes en overeenkomsten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Offertes zijn vrijblijvend en 30 dagen geldig, tenzij anders vermeld.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>De overeenkomst komt tot stand na schriftelijke bevestiging of bij aanvang van de uitvoering.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artikel 5 \u2013 Tarieven en betaling<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Alle prijzen zijn exclusief btw.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facturen zijn betaalbaar binnen 14 kalenderdagen na factuurdatum.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bij niet-tijdige betaling is van rechtswege en zonder ingebrekestelling een interest verschuldigd overeenkomstig de Belgische wet inzake betalingsachterstand.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artikel 6 \u2013 Aansprakelijkheid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>De aansprakelijkheid van TechWise Solutions is beperkt tot het factuurbedrag van de betreffende opdracht.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>TechWise Solutions is niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, gevolgschade of verlies van gegevens.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artikel 7 \u2013 Intellectuele eigendom<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle intellectuele eigendomsrechten blijven eigendom van TechWise Solutions, tenzij schriftelijk anders overeengekomen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artikel 8 \u2013 Vertrouwelijkheid<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Beide partijen verplichten zich tot geheimhouding van vertrouwelijke informatie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artikel 9 \u2013 Be\u00ebindiging<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Beide partijen kunnen de overeenkomst schriftelijk be\u00ebindigen met een opzegtermijn van \u00e9\u00e9n maand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Artikel 10 \u2013 Toepasselijk recht<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Op alle overeenkomsten is Belgisch recht van toepassing. Geschillen behoren tot de bevoegdheid van de Belgische rechtbanken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Privacyverklaring (AVG \/ GDPR)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>TechWise Solutions gaat zorgvuldig om met persoonsgegevens en handelt conform de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (AVG\/GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Welke gegevens verwerken wij?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Naam, bedrijfsnaam en contactgegevens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facturatie- en administratieve gegevens<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technische gegevens die nodig zijn voor IT-support (zoals gebruikersnamen en apparaatinformatie)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Waarvoor gebruiken wij deze gegevens?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Uitvoering van onze diensten<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Klantenadministratie en facturatie<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact en ondersteuning<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bewaartermijnen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Persoonsgegevens worden niet langer bewaard dan noodzakelijk of wettelijk verplicht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Uw rechten<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>U heeft recht op inzage, correctie of verwijdering van uw persoonsgegevens.
